About Daryl

Daryl Matthew A. Sales has been a certified public accountant since 2009 and a lawyer since 2020. He is a Special Counsel for tax and corporate matters for a group of companies engaged in manufacturing, transportation, and real estate development. He is also a Special Tax Consultant in a multi-national company engaged in the financial institution industry. He also has over fifteen (15) years of relevant experience as a Certified Public Accountant, and was able to undertake several projects of national character when he was affiliated with a professional services auditing firm as a Senior Tax Manager. He teaches taxation law in Aurora State College of Technology - College of Law. He also teaches various accounting subjects in De La Salle University - College of Accountancy, and various educational institutions and review schools. He used to teach in the University of Sto. Tomas and Assumption College.

Nico B. Valderrama has been a lawyer since 2012 and a certified public accountant since 2016. He is the Chief Operating Officer for Realty and Vice President for Tax and Legal Affairs for a group of companies engaged in manufacturing, transportation, and real estate development. He was a reviewer in the Review School of Accountancy, Trinity University of Asia, Far Eastern University, iCare Accountancy Review, and REO CPA Review, and currently teaches Regulatory Framework for Business Transactions covering several civil and commercial laws in De La Salle University - College of Accountancy. He also teaches civil law and commercial law subjects in Arellano University School of Law, Adamson University College of Law, and University of Asia and the Pacific. He also mentors bar examinees through his NBV Learning Center. In 2015, he earned his license to practice law in the State of New York, USA.
